
Researcher at the Center for Regulation and Democracy at Insper, serving as coordinator of the Procurement and Government Contracts Policy Center, and Program Director of the Microeconomics course track. He holds an undergraduate degree in Public Administration from EAESP/FGV, an M.Sc. in Political Economy from PUC-SP, and a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Insper. He won the 2020 Best Dissertation Award from the school and received Honorable Mention in the Capes Dissertation Award in 2021. He is part of the review board of the Revista DIREITO GV (Qualis/Capes A1 in Law) — in the fields of regulation, law and economics, and empirical methods applied to law — and the Revista Contemporânea de Economia e Gestão – Contextus (Qualis/Capes B1 in Business Administration and Public Administration). Researcher and consultant in the areas of law and economics, industrial organization, regulation/competition, microeconomics, and public policy evaluation. He also writes about sports economics and management.
